The recent X1.6 class solar flare and resulting storm has been exciting because of the effect it can have on radio transmission. I made a recording today and am at a complete loss. I don't know what language is being used much less what the conservation is about. I uploaded the audio to YouTube in the hopes that someone can help identify it. Update: I asked someone from Japan if he could place the language. He said it was not Chinese, Japanese or Korean and said that it sounded like it might be a Southeast Asian language (like Vietnamese or Thai) but he wasn't sure.
